Little Phoenix Nursery is due to open in September 2026, a new specialist day nursery we are committed to providing exceptional care and early learning for babies and young children aged 6 months to 3 years. A member of the 91果冻传媒 family, the nursery sits within its own grounds close to Yarm High Street.
A Senior Early Years Educator at Little Phoenix Nursery will support the Room Leader while also modelling the very best practice to all Educators, Practitioners and Apprentices. In this role leadership skills are developed while working alongside others, assisting them in their own continuing professional development. The role provides a stepping stone on the pathway to Room Leader, towards a more specialised role. A thorough, in-depth knowledge of child development and early learning is essential, alongside the ability to maintain strong, professional relationships with members of a child鈥檚 family and with colleagues.
Specialist training will be provided to support the continued development of essential skills & knowledge relating to this role.
