An Early Years Apprentice / Trainee at Little Phoenix Nursery will be trained to fulfil the same duties, to the same standard as our Early Years Practitioner or Early Years Educator. A commitment to creating a warm, friendly atmosphere, and a willingness to contribute to a high quality caring environment for children is essential. An Apprentice / Trainee needs a ‘Can do’ attitude, they must organise their time well, seeking out learning opportunities and completing all assignments on time. Little Phoenix Nursery is committed to the training and development of exceptional carers and educators, this role is the first step in building a career in Early Years.

Specialist training will be provided in partnership with the named Apprenticeship provider, in-house support will assist in building the essential skills & knowledge relating to this role.

Role to commence 1st October 2026
Training programmes to commence January 2027, duration 12-18 months.
